My documents, which included my inheritance certificate, death certificate, as well as my authenticated passport and its translated version from German into English, were received by them. However, they declined to provide a response to my petition. They took an excessively long period to return my documents, and during this process, my certified passport was misplaced. I've reached a point of exhaustion and frustration. Moreover, their inefficiency has not only caused a delay but also created a significant hindrance in my proceedings. The absence of my authenticated passport has further aggravated the situation, causing me a great deal of inconvenience. The entire ordeal has been incredibly taxing, leaving me utterly drained and overwhelmed. Despite my clear and comprehensive submission, which involved a considerable effort on my part to gather all the required certificates and ensure their proper translation from German into English, they demonstrated a lack of cooperation. They held onto my documents for an extended time, far beyond what would be considered reasonable or necessary. Their refusal to provide a satisfactory response to my request, despite having all the necessary paperwork, exhibits a lack of professionalism and efficiency. This has been a highly strenuous experience for me, and I am utterly exasperated with the entire situation. It's been an excessively long and tiring process, and I am completely worn out.
