After attending a live session at the Piano Bar, I felt the atmosphere didn't quite match the live piano music. It's more suitable for a quick drink and music rather than spending hours there. I was expecting a cozier lounge vibe, but the lighting felt too cold for that. The service was average, nothing remarkable. However, I found the drinks overpriced for their quality. My Moscow mule was around 20 Euros. Overall, it was a one-time visit for me. While this is just my opinion, I don't see myself returning for a second visit.

My recent visit to the cigar lounge at Hotel Royal with a friend was far from the relaxing evening we had planned. Initially, we chose a cigar but found ourselves suddenly with no available seats due to the server losing our reservation. When he brought this to the our attention, his suggestion was to ask the guests who took our spots to leave which felt inappropriate… and he just suggested to come back later. Adding to our frustration, when we returned, another employee dismissively told us that waiting for seats wasn't worth it, while the original server stood by, offering no help or alternatives. This was particularly disheartening, considering the effort we made to drive there for a relaxing evening, only to be turned away and inconvenienced. This lack of basic customer care and problem-solving was a letdown from such a reputed establishment. I hope this feedback is taken on board to improve the service for future visitors.

Traditional Luxembourgish place to party especially for live music. They have great service and incredible cocktails. Building and facility is a bit dated but staff is very well trained and very helpful X I would highly recommend Moscow mule and Negroni here
