LUI went there for lash extensions. What a huge disappointment! 130€ for "pose star" is absolutely ridiculous for the lack of volume, pitiful length and dismal effect given. This was like throwing money out of the window. A high-quality mascara would do more for your gaze than this total and complete rip-off. I was so shocked that the technician didn't seem to think anything was wrong with the barely there extensions. I will definitely never return to this shop. Honestly, I would avoid this place if I were you.

LUWent to get a refill of volume lashes (cils russe). I had 90mins booked. The lady seemed to be in a hurry, as i was the last customer of the day (saw her leaving from the door after me). The job lasted 40mins and what i got was everything but volume. I usually go for sumptuous and very full lashes look - this job was anything but sumptuous. Very natural looking job, not what i was looking for. I thought okay, this will do until i get to see my lash technician at home. And as she only used 40mins i thought this wont cost me as much as 90mins would. The end price was 230€…i mean 230?!? I complained about it and eventhough the time was half used they said i have to pay the full price. Where i live, in Finland, a 90mins lash fill costs 80€…45mins is 50€… eventhough the prices might vary, i think this price is way too much for 40mins of work. This place is a scam, would not recommend.

LUGot an appointment online after talking to them on email but when I got there, it turned out, they can't provide a service. They wanted me to change from electrolysis to laser, which is really ineffective, I don't know anybody who got laser and was satisfied. Not going to return
