I got my nails done here today, and I'm so happy I did. Andrea was extremely kind and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and that the nail design I asked for looked exactly like I wanted it to look. I will come back for sure, and if you'd like to get your nails done in Luxembourg, definitely book an appointment with her!

Unfortunately the nail polish they use

Unfortunately the nail polish they use for the semi-permanent is of bad quality and starts peeling off after only 3 days! This is the case of course for all the Qipao salons and not only the specific one. It is not the first time this happens and I’ve given it many tries but the same thing happens all the time. In other salons the semi-permanent lasts for 3-4 weeks for me with no issues…so it’s worth paying a bit more and have a semi-permanent that actually lasts. Also, they remove it with the machine (and not with nail polish remover) which in most cases destroys the nails. The nail technicians are skilled but they should definitely change the nail polish brand and the method they use for the removal.

I had an amazing experience with Alessia for my semi-permanent manicure! She’s incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to communicate everything clearly throughout the process. Her attention to detail is remarkable, and the result is flawless. My nails look fantastic, exactly how I wanted them. I highly recommend Alessia—her professionalism and care really stand out!

I have visited a few times now (three times for manicures and once for an eyelash lift) and have been very impressed each time! The semi-permanent gel manicures are especially great and because they were done so well each time, they always last longer than the stated approx. 2-3 weeks! So much attention to detail and some of the best manicures I have had. The ladies are also very friendly, and my French isn’t quite fluent so they always try to speak some English if they can as well. Would definitely recommend :)

I had a mixed experience at the nail

I had a mixed experience at the nail salon in Luxembourg. Initially, i wasn’t satisfied, giving them a 3-star review due to small cuts from the manicure tools, poor gel quality, and a communication barrier since no one spoke English. However, after they reached out to offer a free polish change, my second visit went exceptionally well, leading me to change my review to 5 stars and highly recommend their services.
