Clausen German War Cemetery

Breathtaking especially in the middle of the city. Like others from multiple wars. Worth the stop to see a small but important part of history. Visit the other two military cemeteries while ur in town.

It is very modest, but worth seeing in its context. It's modesty has to do with the position of Luxembourg relative to the wars in question.

quite and peaceful morning

Lovely peaceful spot that commemorates the German dead from past wars. It's too easy to only focus on the allies but the majority of German soldiers were cannon fodder alike.

It is a small cemetery but peaceful. I think it is important to commemorate the German soldiers as well since they didn't choose to be in the war. Lest we forget.
