Love all of the staff here but particular thanks for warmth and friendliness of Adriana and Sophia over the years that my family have been frequenting the kirchberg Starbucks. It’s a busy one since it’s in the shopping mall but they do their utmost to keep the area as clean as they can whilst serving customers with speed and kindness. Shout out to Ben and Randy too and the other lovely staff whose names I have yet to learn. Wishing you all blessings through the busy winter season and keep up the great work. We can indeed make the world better with service executed with a smile and a little bit of warmth that goes a long way! So thanks lovely people! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟keep shining!

I have been a regular customer for so long and I absolutely love the team of the Starbucks Kirchberg! I’m always so kindly greeted and they all spark some conversation with me which I find so lovely! My order has always been a 5/5 can’t complain! Congrats on your team really! A big thank you especially to Adriana, Eva and Randy (which are those who I see the most) and the rest of the group aswell for making my day always a bit better!
