The only advantage to going here is the convenience (late opening hours) but charging 3x the price for a bottle of soda, wine or spirits than what you pay for at a chain supermarket is highway robbery and mislabelling their products so that by the time you get to the till you find you have to pay more. But that's why it's called a "dépanneuse" ( in Québec it's dépanneur and everywhere else it's a convenience store or a shop.) I hope that when the government passes a law to extend shopping hours at supermarkets that the manager of this place will re-evaluate their marketing strategy. Otherwise, staff attitude ranges from indifferent to downright rude, depending on time of day.

Every time it's an adventure

Every time it's an adventure. They are very rude and unprofessional, came at 9:30 to pick up a UPS packages when the shop was open and they told me to come later because they are busy with invoices. The other time they couldn't find my package and told me they don't have it and tracking was wrong but found it the day after when there was another lady. Would love to never visit this place again but UPS always pretends I am not home and leaves stuff there.
