We had a reservation for 12 people on a Saturday lunch. However, we attempted to expand it to 18 people, but the website didn't allow it. Despite this, the staff managed to accommodate us at two tables, with the group slightly separated. At the time of our reservation, the entire group was present at the restaurant. We had to wait about 5 minutes, after which half of the group was seated, while the other half waited for a table to become available. For starters, we ordered "cachorrinhos" (mini hot dogs), and for the main course, one special ham and cheese toast, and everyone else chose the "francesinha," varying between fillet mignon, vegetarian, traditional, and the Porto-style version. There was a small hiccup as three francesinhas arrived before the starters, but the floor manager promptly corrected it. The dishes were taken back, and we were asked to wait for the starters first. Once we finished, all the francesinhas were served at the same time. The staff's attitude stood out, always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The Porto-style francesinha was perfect, and all special requests, such as spicy sauce on the side or adding an egg to the toast, were met. The only downside was the fillet mignon steak, which was overcooked. Overall, it was an excellent experience

I made the reservation online and it was confirmed within few hours. We came for lunch on a Saturday and although the restaurant was quite busy the service was fast. I ordered half francesinha (in the picture below). It was my first time trying Francesinha and I liked it a lot. The sauce was surprisingly good. The staff was nice and warm and the vibe of the place is charming. We ordered as well a mousse d’oreo for dessert which was delicious. Super recommend :)

First time eating a Francesinha in Luxemburg. Food was delicious, the desserts too. We had a Cheesecake and the Lemon Mousse. Nice location, friendly and very fast service.(maybe too fast) Will gladly come back 10/10

47 minutes wait time between the starters and the main. The restaurant is clearly not up to standard in terms of services. They clearly have forgotten our main and started cooking again when asked whereabouts of our ordered food. Food was good but I doubt I'll ever come back.

I stumbled upon this place by accident

I stumbled upon this place by accident and decided to give it a try. The restaurant has a very upscale and elegant vibe, but surprisingly, the prices are quite affordable. I ordered a Francesinha with some rustic fries on the side. The Francesinha was decent, though the rustic fries were pretty bland—had to drown them in the sauce to give them some flavor. That said, the staff were super friendly, and my food came out really fast, which was a plus. While the food was just okay, the cozy atmosphere and great service made it an overall pleasant experience. If you’re looking for a nice spot to relax without spending too much, it’s worth a visit ☺️
