Bad customer service. I registered as a first time customer and received a 10% discount on my first purchase. I used the discount to buy a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the gift was not wanted and went back to exchange for a higher value item while paying the difference. The price difference was calculated in a way that we pay the full price of the new item less the discounted price of the old item, i.e., effectively I lost my discount. I explained this to the shop assistant to consider the discount for the new item or at least calculate the difference with reference the full price of the old item, but none of them were willing it help or consider. Never coming back.

Bad costumer service from the brand. You can't exchange purchases at other stores. Imagine paying hundreds of euros for a set but they cant bother sending a box back to another store. Incredibly inconvenient.
