LUI have always found the welcome cold in this store. I had confirmation of this today. I walked into the store this Saturday after seeing that they were doing a clearance sale before transformations. I was accompanied by my two young children. At one point, my three-year-old son informs me that he urgently needs to go to the bathroom and can't wait. I ask a saleswoman if it is possible for him to use the toilet. She inquires with her manager who responds curtly in the negative. I will not set foot in this store again. Total lack of sensitivity.

LUVery good first experience in this store, a great discovery, good deals to be had at the moment for liquidation before work. Excellent welcome and very good advice from the sellers. I will return there as soon as it reopens!
