The room was clean and fine

The room was clean and fine, service and receptionists are very supportive and nice. The only one disturbing factor is noise from the street, bring your earplugs. In general I am very satisfied, thank you!

Definitely don’t let them put you in

Definitely don’t let them put you in their “Annex”. The room I just got (202) is dated, was super hot in October. When I open the window the small room immediately smells like I’m in the kitchen of the Asian restaurant downstairs. There is a brick wall about 3 meters from the window of a tiny old room. The receptionist did move to the front of the annex, where it smells less like a restaurant kitchen.

It's a nice hotel

It's a nice hotel, but not handicap-friendly, you have to climb about 8 steps at the entrance to get in to the lobby. But the room and breakfast were nice and the day manager was very helpful.

Can’t say anything about the main

Can’t say anything about the main building but absolutely avoid “Annex”. Temperature in the room was like in sauna and “conditioner”worked like it is a decoration. the room is also facing the wall. The only redeeming factor is good location.

The hotel has a very good location

The hotel has a very good location (parking lot and streetcar just across the street) the staff friendly and polite and the rooms clean. Unfortunately I also have to criticize. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel, max. 3 stars. The reasons: The room door drags on the floor and is very difficult to open; the tiled floor is very cold and there are no slippers; the minibar is empty, except for 2 bottles of water; the light switch for the bathroom is on the wrong side; Plastic cups in the bathroom, the bathtub entrance is so high that people with disabilities cannot get in; the doors and built-in cupboards are chipped and look old; the breakfast is very modest (cheap cheese, no fresh fruit, overcooked breakfast eggs, oversalted egg dish, . ..). Therefore, this is a 3 star hotel at most.
