To avoid, non-existent customer relations, impossible to establish contact, and two years to recover funds which remained inactive due to a total lack of responsiveness. A very bad experience.

Following the sale of my father's land

Following the sale of my father's land, the CA banker suggested I Invest my capital in a life insurance.Being totally ignorant I trusted his advice and decided to put my money in Cali Europe. Big Mistake! I requested a prudent investment, the banker I had was able to loose a substantial amount in the first year! The communication was extremely poor each time I wanted to talk to the banker in Luxembourg I have to go through my bank in France, there was no fluid contact everything is made complicated. Out of the very poor results,out of a series of careless investments, I finally decided to withdraw my money from a Bank that is not taking care of his customers.Well guess what? The first request was made in Mai the banker was contacted, after several attempt I managed to have a conference call, he was not able to give us (me and my son) a serious explanation, about the bad capital management. The official request was made on the 15/06/2022 so far no reply no money in my bank account that I requested to be transferred, no information no mail no nothing. I was reluctant to write this review, but since It is impossible even to contact a superior, at least I hope somebody will read this review and act upon. I am more than happy to provide all details and proof of my statement, if somebody from Cali Europe will contact me!
