LUI have to make a partial payout of the capital for a person I am looking after because the lady has to go to a nursing home. The money at Cardif is considered assets. But the company simply doesn't pay out the money. You don't receive any feedback. For me they are scammers. I would prefer to hire a lawyer

LUI have asked information about life insurances held by my mother 50 days ago based on a legal, notarised mandate. I have sent them the additional paperwork they asked within 6 days. And now, 50 days later I still do not have any information. My last 3 emails to customer service representatives, supervisors and managers remained unanswered. I told them I expected at least a acknowledgment of receiving my email within one day. Nothing came. Hence this negative review. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST BECOMING CUSTOMER OF CARDIF LUX.

LUNo service. To receive money, everything is fine. But when we wait for money back, it's a wait of 4 months. We write emails, no response. We call, they make us promises. You might as well spend your money on other things than by investing in them

LUI've been waiting for papers from them for months now. In addition, people will give all other versions. The worst thing is that they ask you for the shoe repairs yourself to call you if they have a problem, I wonder why as apparently a month of waiting for a letter which should be sent and I have nothing or I I called back to find out where they were staying and she told me I couldn't send it to you!!!! lol so she had to send it to me again and still nothing? You are not very professional people, and you make nothing but promises. So I strongly advise against life insurance. Only incompetent promises
