I am coeliac so going out for food can be slightly stressful, but Livio and his staff made me feel at ease when I arrived with my partner. Livio went above and beyond to make sure there is no cross contamination in his kitchen. And the food itself was excellent, some of the best pasta I have had in my 0 gluten life so far hahah. We also had a wonderful chat with Livio, he is native and was more than happy to chat with us about the culture of Luxembourg. Not only will you have excellent food, be transported to an cosy and warm atmosphere but you will also gain very interesting and cultivating information about the country you’re visiting. When we return to this lovely country, one of the first places to pay visit to will be Livio and his gorgeous food.

After 5 months of my first review, I returned to this place. Same good quality food. This time I had a delicious risotto potiron champignons

We had a reservation for 9 people on a saturday evening, arriving punctually at the reserved timestlot we had to further wait a little bit more than 30minutes. The 4 stars on service reflect that. Even though it had a rough start, they offered some waters and focaccias di oregano. For the main course everybody had pizzas, we were presented very good quality of ingredients, making it an amazing dinner. I recommend the wine we chose.

Absolutely stunning place

Absolutely stunning place, both for authentic pizza and for the unique atmosphere. Pizza was gorgeous: cornicione, light and bubbly structure, fermented dough, hearty topping - all you can seek for in pizza, you will definitely find in the one served by Notaro. Last but not least, I found the Ristorante as a cozy, beautifully located place with warm vintage interior and welcoming, multilangual service and staff. It is a place you want to come back - a gem in nowadays mass-scale, hyped, short-distance spots.

I had heard quite a bit about this charming and classic Italian restaurant in Luxembourg, but perhaps due to the hype and high expectations, I found it somewhat unimpressive. Dining with two others, we shared several dishes and a pizza. While the food was decent, nothing particularly stood out, and I’ve certainly had better pizzas in Luxembourg. That said, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which added a pleasant touch to the evening. It’s a good spot for an unpretentious meal, though not one that left a lasting impression.
