Gave them my pants for altering the length, and it took months. They kept forgetting my order and I went there so so so many times for nothing. Today I can finally pick up my pants and it turns out to be like this. Can't refund it, so the only thing I can do is return it to the store for another wait. Don't even know if the length still fits. Very frustrated.

Do not take quality/expensive gear to this shop. My cashmere and wool coat was ruined after a clean session. This is not subjective, literally the full fabric was damaged/hardened and professionals have confirmed (I had an original fabric sample sent by the seller). I waited more than 3 months for the manager to try to fix it, had to return many times to the store, and the coat continued damaged. I eventually pick it up as is, the manager did not activate the insurance as she should and I lost almost 500€ worth of a recently purchased coat. I’m very sorry for some of the staff working there, they are kind and had nothing to do with the lack of accountability of the management or the damaged of the coat.

I can’t say enough good things about this pressing! I sent in a white dress that I thought were beyond saving, both had terrible stains of foundation and hair dye. Honestly, I had little hope, but when they came back beautifully, i kept getting compliments! I am surprised of the negative reviews I read, it’s like they only have that left to do… On top of that, their customer service was excellent friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure I was satisfied. I’m so grateful and won’t trust my dry cleaning anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend!

WARNING! They destroy things! Not just damage - destroy! I gave them 2 jackets, one woolen and one linen. They ruined both. They both become yellowish or even brownish color (from white and light grey) and now it's the shape of floor cloth. If you have experience stuff or simply things dear to your heart - do not come here.
