Worths a visit! The most modern and biggest library in the city. Free entrance, visitors have to leave their belongings in lockers at the entrance (for free as well, you have to enter and save your code to lock it). There are several studying areas (desks, armchairs), including private rooms to book and a music room with a piano! Food and drinks are not allowed inside, but there is a bar in the same building. The tram stops exactly in front of it. Books are available in several languages: french, german, luxembourgish, english, spanish, italian. Book and rooms can be reserved through the online website. There is a box outside the entrance to return rented books outside of the opening hours.

Huge library easily accessible by free public transport. The entrance is also free of charge no matter who you are. Note that your belongings shoukd be kept in cases before you actually enter the library. The place is spacious and calm. Still i would not recommend studying here because of constant movement around you. Book options are crazy vast however i struggled to find medical textbooks. Beautiful place if you just want to visit. Worth it in my opinion.

Now that the water bottles are allowed inside I am very happy with the place. Only negative point is that during exam season you have to be there at the opening hours to find a place to work. But that’s to be expected

Needed to do my assignment while visiting Luxembourg and this place was one of the best libraries I've been to across the world. Stunning modern design without being bland, a range of textures, details, lighting and materials used to make the space beautiful. Thoughtfully designed with free lockers to store bags and coats, toilets, a water fountains and a café. Plenty of spaces to study and work, desks are modern with sockets and reading light. Free WiFi available without having to register. No babies or young kids meant it was very quiet and without distractions. You are not allowed to bring jackets or bags inside but are provided with baskets to carry your belongings around the library. Staff regularly cleaning desks and the space means it's clean and welcoming. The tram is right Infront of the library, it couldn't be easier.
