We recently had the pleasure of dining at a Mexican restaurant, and overall, I must say it was an excellent experience. The first thing that struck me when I walked in was the cozy, inviting ambiance. The restaurant was decorated in warm colors and had traditional Mexican artwork on the walls, which added to the authentic atmosphere. The music was upbeat and lively, which made for a fun and festive dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food! The menu was full of classic Mexican dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. The guacamole was fresh and flavorful, and the chips were crispy and perfectly salted. The paloma were also a highlight - perfectly balanced and refreshing. The only downside to this restaurant is its size. It's quite small, so if you plan on dining here, I highly recommend making a reservation to avoid disappointment. Overall, I would highly recommend this Mexican restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and a festive atmosphere. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a small space, so be sure to book ahead of time!

Dishes taste like real, authentic Mexican food 👍🇲🇽 Totally recommend it We had veggie, baja california and carnitas tacos. All was excellent! For 4 people the food was enough. We had two starters (guacamole and mushrooms and cheese with some tortillas) and then 4 tacos: each plate brings four big and very well stuffed tacos. The menu specified which dishes were spicy and it was very accurate. Staff was friendly and spoke Spanish 🫶

Great food

Great food, great drinks. Will definitely come back. Had the guacamole with tortilla chips for a starter and the enchiladas de pollo and the barbacoa tacos for the main and loved them. Make sure you get their salsa too. The margaritas were amazing.

We were here on a Saturday evening for dinner, the place is small yet decorated well. The menu is very interesting with so many options in terms of both food and drinks. And most of the varieties had vegetarian options too which I was very happy for. We ordered a couple of drinks one with mezcal and the other with tequila, the later one tasted good but had very little to less alcohol in both the drinks. Coming to the food we ordered guacamole and chips to start with the quantity and taste for the price was average. Many chips were hard. For the mains we tried vegetarian tacos and Pollo Enchiladas. The tacos were stuffed well but lacked flavors in the veggies. And the enchiladas had a dry chicken and tomato sauce that felt like a store bought one. And the service was okay but they were rushing us a little too much even though the restaurant was nearly empty with only 3 occupied tables. Especially for the price they lack the flavors and quality in terms of food and drinks.

Visited Agave for the first time and were quite disappointed. The chairs and sofas were not comfortable to sit on. Food was not good, except for guacamole. Beef tacos and chicken enchiladas did not taste good and were very dry. Guacamole was really good. Overpriced for the quality of the food. No coffee available at all. The service was not great. Inside the restaurant there was a strange smell of gas, our eyes were burning from it, and stopped burning as soon as we left. After we left we realised that our clothes were smelling of food, which was horrible.
