I was fully satisfied with my removal

I was fully satisfied with my removal to my new appartment on the second floor. Very heavy and costly furniture and many boxes have been carefully packed and protected and also very carefully entered into the appartment through the balcony with the elevator in a very few time. The team (Jerome, Benoit and Said) were very punctual, very polite and collaborative with me and among each other. Having had in my youth a family internationals removals firm in my country of origin, I can say that I was impressed by the high quality services of the company.

This is probably the worst company in the sector working in Luxembourg and the surrounding region. Luxembourgers know its reputation; foreigners don't. This company caused me a lot of problems, by not keeping its word and absolutely not caring about the problems it caused for me. When I called, instead of trying to understand my situation and try to help, the elderly lady who, it seems, is the owner even hang up on me! Incompetent, irresponsible and - to add insult to injury - arrogant. Zero stars not one.

Nadin-Lux handle on 1 March the move from one apartment to another within Luxembourg! I must say that the team of three were really very professional, efficient well organized (tidy) and equipped. All this at a fair price! The whole experience high standard, and this is not my first move. Genuinely highly recommended!

these guys are the BEST. You have the best service right from the beginning (when the phone rings). The customer service, delivery team were the best. I had approached a couple of other companies but they were either too expensive or had poor customer service(MM sounded as if they were doing me a favor). Nadin is my No.1 choice and will highly recommend.
