Haerz is a beautiful spot with a stunning atmosphere that truly sets the tone for a relaxing meal. We arrived just before breakfast service ended, and they graciously allowed us to place our order, which we really appreciated. The food was great, and the ambiance was wonderful—definitely worth a visit. However, our experience was marred by an incredibly long wait for the check. After finishing our meal, we waited around 30-35 minutes for the bill, and even after asking about it several times, the waiter never came. It wasn’t just us; the two tables next to us had the same issue. It seems like the staff struggles to keep up when it gets busy, so I’d recommend coming early when they open to avoid delays. With smoother service, this place could easily be a five-star experience.

Very tasty food and comforting ambiance, the service is very good and fits the vibe of the restaurant. All in all very good. One of the best restaurants in town.

Chic atmosphere and good food, however with limited choice of vegetarian main dishes, and overpriced even for Luxembourg standards. Service was charming but not overly attentive. Big plus for the opening hours (open on Sundays, and longer than many other restaurants on weekdays).

Only had Cliquot & hot cheese. Servers went out of way to make sure we were warm when heaters went out. Kept checking on us and had excellent experience. Nice they have overhead heaters & blankets on chairs.

I went with friends hoping to have

I went with friends hoping to have brunch at 14h30 which is offered on the menu until 16h. When asked to the waiter they said it was until 11h30 which is not what is advertised. This was disappointing at first. The atmosphere of the place was amazing and when we entered everyone was super nice. We had a vegetarian friend with us and looking at the menu there are no veggie options for the main dish. So we asked the waiter which suggested the salads only, we were like ok what about the soup, it was chicken based 🙃 but the salad is bigger than the soup. So we thought ok why not, we were hungry. I ordered the pulled pork which was amazing, recommend it, but for the rest of my friends the cold salad with mostly chopped beetroot, feta, sliced carrots and walnuts was not satisfying at all. The other two had the lasagna, which was only a slice and acidic tomato sauce. I made the suggestion to the other waiter to have some veggie options for the main dish at the end of the meal. I understand that is not commonly asked but a salad should not be a solution in my opinion. At least one in the future, which is satisfying and fulfilling to eat Price wise I've had better for the amount of food. The food took a while to come. Recommendations are chai latte and pulled pork
