I arrived at the location pushing a pram, intending to purchase a speedy sandwich meal. It wasn't peak time, and I made an inquiry regarding the variety of paninis they offered. However, instead of providing a detailed explanation, they rather unwelcomingly suggested 'just check the display case', forcing me to maneuver the pram to the opposite side of the counter to discover that their panini offerings were limited to only two types... Slightly exasperated, I may have overlooked this incident, if at least the panini was palatable. Unfortunately, the quality was far from satisfying. It was so terrible that I found myself compelled to discard it. The incident was undeniably disappointing and left a sour taste, metaphorically more than physically. If they had been more accommodating and their food more enjoyable, I wouldn't have had to write such a review. Their lack of customer service and subpar food quality certainly put a damper on what was supposed to be a quick and convenient trip. The overall experience was far from satisfactory and the quality of the panini was underwhelming, to say the least. It’s a shame that such a simple task turned into an unnecessarily complicated ordeal. Their service was far from the friendly, helpful attitude you would expect from a food establishment. A quick sandwich run should not entail navigating a pram around the establishment, nor should it involve eating a sandwich that ends up in the trash. The quality of the panini was so poor that it was inedible and a waste of money. The poor service and the poor quality of the panini made for a very disappointing visit.

Charming and snug Bistro with genuine merchandise! The personnel are incredibly delightful and supportive, and the patron accommodation is excellent. Not only do they have an extensive variety, but the items on the menu are also delectably delicious! However, the cost of their services might be perceived somewhat steep. In addition, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing coffee break or a catch-up with friends. The decor is tastefully done and adds to the overall appeal of the place. Their menu offers a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes and preferences. From freshly brewed coffee to mouth-watering desserts, there is something for everyone here. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that each customer has a memorable experience. Their attentive service and friendly demeanor make you feel welcome and well taken care of. Despite the prices being a bit on the higher side, the quality of the food and the unique ambiance make it worth every penny. They believe in providing value for money and their loyal customers stand testimony to this fact. In conclusion, this cafe is a hidden gem that offers an authentic and cozy experience along with great food and excellent service. It's definitely worth a visit!

Oh, it's absolutely imperative you check out L'Atelier Steffen if you haven't had the pleasure yet. Their baked goods? Simply irresistible, along with a particular type of bread they offer which is... well, superb. The staff working there are extremely laid-back, always ready to assist you with a cheerful demeanor. No pressure, even in the face of a long line, they navigate through it effortlessly and promptly. Moving on, the dining area located upstairs is on a completely different plateau. The food is exceptionally delicious and the personnel there understand the art of perfect customer service. They pay attention to the nitty-gritty, a warm greeting, a lighthearted jest—it's all part and parcel of the experience. When it comes to their breakfast, it's a definite victory. Without a doubt, it ranks among the finest I've been lucky to taste. Additionally, there's this picturesque view of Boulevard Royal that you get to enjoy from the windows while you're leisurely sipping on your coffee. It simply enhances your entire morning experience. Furthermore, that's not all they have to offer. Their lunch and dinner menus are equally enticing, offering a wide variety of culinary delights that cater to a range of dietary preferences. From vegan to gluten-free options, they've got it all. Not to mention, their wine selection is quite impressive, with a carefully curated list to complement your meal. What's more, the ambiance of the place is simply heartwarming. The tastefully done interiors, coupled with a tranquil atmosphere, make for a delightful dining experience. And if you're there in the evening, the soft, diffused lighting creates a cozy, intimate setting that's perfect for a romantic dinner. In conclusion, L'Atelier Steffen is more than just a bakery or a restaurant. It's a place where you can unwind, enjoy good food, and be treated with utmost respect and care by the staff. A must-visit, in my opinion.

They confused my bakery request, and their strawberry frappé essentially represents strawberry concentrate combined with whipped cream... I would anticipate more nutritious fare from this establishment. Their mid-morning meal served upstairs, however, is quite pleasant, just ensure you arrange your table reservation beforehand on a Saturday morning. Additionally, it's completely worth mentioning that their croissants are deliciously flaky and their coffee is brewed to perfection. The ambiance of the place is quite cozy and the staff is courteous and attentive. The decor is tastefully done and adds to the overall dining experience. Even though the pastry mix-up was a letdown, the overall service and the quality of other food items make up for it. The menu also offers a variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I would recommend trying their avocado toast and smoked salmon bagel - they are absolutely outstanding. Furthermore, their dessert selection is also worth exploring. The pastries, despite the mix-up, are generally very well made and have a homemade touch to them. In conclusion, despite some minor drawbacks, this place is worth a visit for a relaxing brunch. Make sure to visit early on a Saturday and secure a table to avoid disappointment.
