LUConclusion: Bad advice and lack of customer service – we will never go there again. We bought three pairs of shoes and socks for our little girl at this children's shoe store. One pair of slippers was not suitable at all: our daughter had painful red marks and cried. An hour after the purchase, we wanted to return the shoes, but the saleswoman refused, claiming that they were “worn and dirty”. While she was surely within her rights from a legal standpoint, her lack of consideration and customer service was simply unacceptable. What was even more irritating was that she told me that there was no way the shoes were causing a problem, despite the red marks and crying I had seen with my own eyes. In a children's shoe store, I expect either competent advice or a suitable return policy if a clearly unsuitable shoe is returned only an hour after purchase. Here there was neither – absolutely not recommendable.
