LUI recently visited Luxembourg for a business trip and decided to try The Central’s biohacking program. It was a truly eye-opening experience. As a health enthusiast, I thought I knew a lot about nutrition and training, but I learned so much more about hormonal balance, the latest devices and treatments in the field, and overall health tips. The treatments were excellent, and the facilities are brand new. Staying—living, training, and following treatments in the same place—really helped me forge better habits and optimize my routines. Here are some photos I took of the place since they didn’t have any prior reviews. I highly recommend The Central Biohacking—11/10 for anyone serious about their health. A big thanks to the team for pushing me beyond my limits and helping me better understand my biomarkers. Beyond expectations!
