Amazing client service, very attentive shopkeeper Max, who goes far and beyond to ensure the happiness of the client. Absolute joy to shop there.

Catastrophic reception from the sales person. On the advice of the parent company, I went to the store to return my moccasins and in 30 seconds I was entitled to, I quote, ah it won't go under warranty, plus it's from the outlet!!! ! deplorable welcome!!!!! I'll let you admire the quality below, not even worn for one season!!

I’m a regular of this shop and it’s always a pleasure to visit (and wear their shoes!) The famous quality of the brand is one thing (no doubt) but the top notch expert advice of their sales rep, Alexandre, his knowledge of the range of products, and his professionalism (and humor) definitely is the cherry on the cake. I highly recommend!

Really enjoyed shopping here. The store advisor Max is extremely helpful and great professional who clearly likes his job. He gave valuable tips for taking care of my new pair of shoes. Overall great and pleasent experience! For sure will return...

Here I want to thank the excellence of the quality of the work, namely the welcome, the communication of Alexandre and Romain
