I highly recommend Ria and her studio for practicing Pilates. Either in group or in a private lesson Ria will take the time to explain all the exercises and to correct the posture in order to have the best result. After the lesson you feel better physically and mentally. The studio is very well equiped with new reformer beds and is spacious and clean.
