Lux-Connex

I collaborated with Lux-Connex to complete my relocation in Luxembourg (coming from Greece). They were true professionals, always ready to answer my questions (without any delay) and willing to solve any problem. I really appreciated their efforts to keep me satisfied and compensate me in an unfortunate occasion (which related to services provided by an external partner they had in Greece and not by any person directly employed by the company). I think one demonstrates its true professionalism in difficult circumstances (not when everything runs smoothly) and that is especially needed when a relocation is involved (which always entails a certain kind of difficulties). I can reassure you that Lux-Connex is the right choice for someone looking to relocate safely, with the help of true professionals, engaged in making your moving experience a pleasant memory. Overall, highly recommended!

We had a really nice and smooth removal experience. Since the beginning, Mirela was so helpful and so fast about giving the feedback. One more thank you to operation staff who are moved us. They arrived on time and handled the process smoothly and quite fast with smile on their faces.

The best moving company in Luxembourg. They are absolutely professional. Everything went just perfect,we hired them two times in this month. And MANI you are genius and priceless!!!!

Mr Pinto and Mr Igor did an excellent job today packing our things and preparing everything for the move. They were very professional and also super friendly. I highly recommend Lux-Connex!

We have already used the services of Lux-Connex twice and have been deeply impressed by their customer orientation, professionalism and the super friendly interactions - highly recommended!
