I order 2 bubble teas. He serves them to me. I take a drink from mine and immediately notice that the straw is too small for the marbles. They tell me they no longer have a straw and that I just have to use a spoon. I explain that I am walking with my children's stroller and therefore that I cannot do with the spoon. They tell me, well, we'll refund one because you drank from the other (I sucked a drink). No sympathy, I almost get yelled at because I don't want to drink from the spoon! The ice cream shop looks nice and has great food options and the food looks great. But sadly it doesn‘t taste as good as it looks. My pancakes had no flavour and it was impossible to eat properly with cutlery made out of wood. The service was terrible. It was more like a self-service and the waitress was far away from being nice and sympathic. I waited for more than 10 minutes just to get my smoothie which was actually good.
