I love to workout in CK Bertrange ⛹️for many reasons: practicality and flexibility of its design, the quality of the equipment, the safety and comfort of the gym environment, the availability of modern amenities, the aesthetic appeal of the facility, the proper maintenance of the premises, the competence and friendly attitude of the staff members, convenient place (possiblity to combine shopping with sports), follow up possibilités with the inbody analyses,..... and it creates a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere for recreation and socialization👍🙏

All in all a good gym, good equipment, always someone there to help you if you need it. Nevertheless there are some negative points: probably the only gym in Luxembourg without a stair master also you can’t log in to your account on most of the treadmills because of a technical error and it gets very hot inside during summer

Be aware of predatory attitudes and contracts they have, especially if you are non French speaking. They lie to your face without any issues, and no responsibility taken whatsoever. Personally had really the worst experience. Usually I am not a reviewer but this time feel the need to do smth about it. Initially Was told the subscription was only of 6months without any renewal at registration time, and I specifically asked about this as it is a known issue usually in Lux. I am non French speaking so trusted the employee ensuring me nothing had to be done. Finished the 6months subscription should have ended on spot, automatically, with no further action on my side. Accidentally I discover 8 months later that they were keeping monthly payments after the 6months. Initially thought it was some mistake and contacted them as such, to only be answered with quite some nonchalance and arrogance that I had to notify them 1month in advance, aka the 5th month that I wanted to cancel the subscription of 6months. Go figure! Moreover, had the nerve to ask also payments for the 9th month, as notification month was considered the 8th one. Nothing of this was explained upon signing. Clarification that this was fully unknown weren't considered at all . The answering staff about this had a full dismissive attitude and antagonist one. Upon re-reading the contract with a French to English advocate friend, it is a total fishy mess, with no clear references to timelines, open to interpretations actually. Nowhere does it say anything about monthly renewals after the expiration daye at all. When clarified again with them, fully impolite answers from them again. Worst experience ever! No responsibility taken for their staffs error actually and lack of transparency. Even if it was a customer mistake there is a grace of dealing with such a situation and not profit in vain! The amount isn't a big deal in per se , but the treatment and lack of transparency and integrity, coupled with full disdain and arrogance was on top!
