Very untrustworthy

Very untrustworthy. I reached out to Moldluxcars to replace a tyre and realign my front headlights. When I arrived for my appointment they advised they had not ordered the tyre, however less than 24 hours previous to this they had confirmed the tyre was ordered. I advised that they should just complete the headlight realignment. While they were doing this they removed the rear light (without discussing this with me) and advised that there was a fault with the reversing light - I was aware of this and didnt want them to repair it. I was concerned that they were removing lights which hadnt been authorised and also looking to make me pay more for the work than agreed. When they put the rear light back in place they broke the brake light which was previously fully functional. I reached out to them to advise what they had done, they agreed that they removed the light without authorisation and would not repair it unless I pay them. The owner doesnt speak English but the person I spoke to did, he was very angry and shouting down the phone - proving they knew they were at fault. I believe that due to me being English they were trying to con me out of money, they do not respect you if you do not speak French or Italian they are very racist. A disgrace to the Luxembourg community. Do not use this disgraceful, untrustworthy company, I will be taking this further as they should not be allowed to racially discriminate against people. The level of service is poor, no respect for customer, cant trust them to complete work

Excellent service, nice people. They served me without a prior appointment as I needed urgent help before a road trip. They quickly root caused the problem, ordered parts and fixed the car. All in a day!
