Feeling let down. It was the inaugural occasion in which I decided not to personally manually cleanse my vehicle, only to discover minute abrasions scattered all over the painted surface. I have no intention of returning... In addition to my frustration, I felt a sense of regret. Giving someone else the responsibility of taking care of my car, an asset I truly value, turned out to be a terrible decision. The discovery of these tiny, yet noticeable scratches on the paintwork left me feeling irked and dissatisfied. This unfortunate incident has left a sour taste in my mouth. I trusted this service to handle my car with care, only to be let down by the poor quality of their workmanship. The realization that I could have done a better job washing my car myself is disheartening. Seeing the damage to my car's paintwork, a result of neglect and carelessness, has made me determined not to repeat my mistake. I can't help but feel that I've been taken advantage of, and I'm certain that I won't be using this service again in the future. This experience has been a wake-up call for me. The next time I think about outsourcing the care of my car, I'll remember the disappointment and frustration I felt when I saw those micro scratches. I'll remember that no one can take care of my things as well as I can. And most importantly, I'll remember not to return to this place.

In greater depth, they carried out an extensive and meticulous job that left me immensely satisfied. Every nook and cranny, every minute detail of my automobile was given attention. From the interior that includes the dashboard, seats, and floor mats, to the exterior involving the body, windows, and tires - everything was handled with utmost care and professionalism. The resulting transformation was so astonishing that it felt as if I was looking at a brand new car, one that just rolled off the production line. The degree of perfection achieved was simply amazing. The shine, the cleanliness, the freshness - it was all akin to a vehicle that was newly manufactured and ready for its first ever drive. Considering the cost, it is simply NOT satisfactory. On a broad perspective, the service provided isn't necessarily of low quality, but there's room for improvement. On the outside, the car was meticulously cleaned to a satisfactory level, but the inner part seemed to have received a hasty treatment: Dust particles could easily be spotted on the dashboard, showing a lack of thoroughness in cleaning; Due to the presence of window shades, the back windows were not attended to, which was a noticeable oversight; The trunk area was also only partly cleaned, with some areas seemingly untouched. The end result gives an overall impression of a low-quality job, which is highly disappointing. Paying 80€ for such a service is by no means justifiable. The quality of the work done does not match the price paid, which ultimately makes it unacceptable. The cleaning service must improve their attention to detail, especially when it comes to the interior of the cars. For the price paid, customers should expect nothing short of a meticulously cleaned vehicle, both externally and internally. They should not have to deal with easily visible dust or uncleaned windows. A partial cleaning of the trunk area is also not acceptable for the price. The service provided should match the expectations set by the cost.
