We first contacted via email, and when I arrived Gessica also accompanied my husband and me to the city hall for residence and car driving license registration. She also explained to us other necessary information for settling, such as where to take the free garbage bags provided by the city hall. Gessica also supported us in searching for a new apartment based on our preferences and helped us during house inspections. They also put me in contact with Spuerkeess bank to open a bank account before my arrival, with extremely proficient and professional personnel. I totally recommend their services.
