Dissapointed by 1 staff member, her unprofessional attitude towards me, a client.... I ordered shoes as they were not available in the store. They were not delivered within the promised timeframe. Upon the simple question of me asking when the shoes would arrive, I received a very rude answer from this particular person which made me decide to cancel my reservation ...
