Taste was good but the waffle looked not fresh at all.

Normally great waffles and ice cream. But we were refused to be served half an hour after the opening hours started because the server wasn't ready... "it's too early" she said...

The worker messed up my order after she didn’t listen to what I asked for then yelled at me about it .I was also allergic to the item she added to my waffle. She didn’t care and was disrespectful and refused to do anything about it ,not even refund it or make a new one .

Excellent Belgian ice cream. Very soft and milky. Very busy on weekends. Waffles are sweet and chewy but unfortunately they are not made to order but instead they pre make them in bulk and reheat them following your order. But great dessert spot. Some standing tables but no official store seating. Just grab and enjoy. Overall: great ice cream, so so waffles, not so great service… probably because this is one of the only ice cream shop around they have no competition so they don’t seem to care so much about customer service quality.
