This owner doesn't care if you are happy with the service or not. Even check the car to know about the service issues is not an option for him. He doesn't try to find an arrangement, but tell me: go to another detailer and pay this bill 100%. I was client for over a year. The work on my car was often good, But cancelled me confirmed appointment when i was already there without even say "sorry".

Third time I let a car in for detailing

Third time I let a car in for detailing, and it was perfect as always. The product lasts over 5 years (if you treat it right). The price and quality are great, and they are cheaper than in Germany. You always get professional advice, and they are very flexible and open-minded about everything you ask or need. I totally recommend it.

This is not your normal car cleaning

This is not your normal car cleaning company. As the name implies, they go into every detail of your car. The cars always look better than new when these guys cleaned them! Furthermore they do an awesome job on polishing and protecting the cars! I can really recommend them!

It’s true this is not your normal car

It’s true this is not your normal car cleaning company that does "like a rental car on pickup" clean. It is for companies or people who are obsessively clean like "floor model at the Geneva Auto Show" clean. You can’t even do the basic interior cleaning unless you have recently done the full 6-8 hour detailing clean with them - there is no middle option. The basic interior clean is for "customers who come every week" and there is no other option besides that or a full day clean. You can’t just get like a basic steam cleaning. If you want an obsessively clean car, you have a classic car you need to maintain perfectly, or you are selling your car it’s probably a great service. But they are not in the market for regular services for normal people who use the cars on a weekly basis. Which is fine, "detailing" means a long process but their website does not make it at all clear since the 6-8 hour cleaning is marketed as "obsessive" and there is no other in between option besides that and the "basic interior clean." My car is dusty but it has no pets, no mud, no stains, and it has floor mats - I don’t want or need to spend 8 hours getting it cleaned. Will have to find a different company, but they should really ask for photos or something before wasting everyone’s time. For reference this is what my car looks like on the interior - which is considered too dirty except for a 6-8 hour clean. So, for compulsives, companies, or classics: great. For normal people’s cars? Not the right service.

Super reception

Super reception, super service, super flexible. My car was completely polished (Level2), paint is like new again and also my car was cleaned from the inside. Would recommend these guys at any time.
