Hi there, We bought the Sony BRAVIA KD-43X80L LED 4K (2023) TV at the (sony) store for 800€. Later in the car, we found the same TV, same year and same specs for 670€ on Amazon, no differences on warranty or services. At the end it is our fault for not checking before, but it is shameful for the store and sony to ask 130€ for „on the spot services“.

Overall "very poor" customer experience. I had a crack on my sony wh-1000xm3 headphones (as it is a common problem for that product according to many sony forums) and after a 5-10 minutes wait in the store I was told that that problem does not qualify for warranty cover. And I was offered a repair "solution" with almost half of the purchase price. It is sad to see that, for a problem that many customer in other countries received a refund/replacement, Luxembourg customers are simply ignored. The issue will be communicated to Sony customer center and my next purchase of headphones will be from other (and more professional) manufacturers/stores. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit for the "owner", since I cannot reply below: No one ever said that I "sit on my headset" and thank you very much for verifying your "very poor" customer rating with your blatantly unprofessional and incorrect reply. You (and everyone else) are free to read comments on Amazon or Sony-US how the clients are treated for same crack (google-reviews don't accept any links in reviews, so I cannot post here). Like I said, this type of customer relationship will be definitely shared with international Sony contact center.
