Under no circumstances should you engage with this website! I had the intention to send back the tires that I had bought through this platform, but my efforts were met with deafening silence. Your only communication option is through email, they've not even provided a contact number! Their customer care is downright abysmal! Moreover, it's shocking to witness the absolute lack of professionalism exhibited by this site. It's as if they've completely abandoned any pretense of caring about their customers' needs and satisfaction. The idea that a business, in this day and age, wouldn't even provide a simple phone line for customers to voice their concerns is simply ludicrous. To add insult to injury, they seem to have forgotten the basic tenets of customer service. It's not just bad, it's horrendously awful! Their apparent indifference to customer queries and complaints is simply unacceptable. This is not how you conduct business, especially not in a customer-centric industry like e-commerce. The tires that I had purchased were not up to the mark and I wanted to return them. However, the utter lack of a proper communication channel and the deafening silence from their end was disheartening. One can only communicate with them via email, but they do not seem to bother to reply. Their customer service is the epitome of incompetence. This site does not deserve your time or money. It is a clear example of how not to manage an online business. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this site to think twice. You deserve better!
