Staff unable to find my order at first. Then orienting myself on the lables printed outside on the styrofoam box, I noticed everyting (decorated icecream) upside down inside with the dry ice ontop. Decorating chocolate elements broken. Apparently labled the wrong way. Big dissapointment.

Namur traditionally offers high quality products at high prices. In my opinion, the price/quality ratio is absolutely justified. The interior is not really cosy, but ok. The staff is mostly very kind (just remember that everyone may have a bad day ;-) )

Terrible. The staff, for the most part are rude, the coffee is terrible and the food over priced and ok at best. My main complaint is the staff, the lady who served us the other day was nice but let's just say, could be better. 9 times out of 10 they are rude a give the impression they couldn't give a damn.

Upscale confiserie, the food is very tasty, but also very expensive, even overpriced. Service is ok, depends on the day. Nice tearoom. In my opinion, they make the best croissants in Luxembourg.

Open early for coffee and great service :) it's nice to have somewhere to go first thing on a weekend for coffee!
