LUI had a terrible experience at Barber Stop Zone. Not only did they fail to cut my hair according to what I requested, but they also made fun of me during the process. This behaviour was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling very uncomfortable. I specifically asked for a specific haircut, which i always liked, but the barber what I received was completely different. When I politely mentioned this, the barber was dismissive and even made rude comments about linguistic skills and embarrassed me in front of everyone in the salon. This is not the kind of service I expected, and I am extremely disappointed. Sorry but I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and professional haircut experience.

LUI had an amazing experience at this barbershop! Gabriele is truly an exceptional barber—his attention to detail during my beard trim and fade was spot on. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and welcoming, creating a very good atmosphere. If you're looking for top-notch service and skilled barbers, I highly recommend this place.

LUI visited the hair salon today at 9am for a haircut, and I believe it’s the best one in Luxembourg. The staff is incredibly friendly and has a great sense of humor, creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment. I highly recommend it.
