The Staff is very kind and sweet, this place deserve to be more visited

I went there by appointment with a smartbox voucher and the employee refused me access claiming to have been scammed with this type of voucher. She called her manager who never picked up and promised to call me back. I've been waiting for 3 weeks.

Terrible after-sales service. Everything is much more expensive there than elsewhere. We are in Luxembourg city but still!!!! I will never set foot there again.

The waxing sessions and pedicure sessions with Celine is so relaxing and fun. She is very welcoming

Great discovery. I received a gift voucher for a facial treatment. Being pregnant and not having specified it in my reservation, I was welcomed by professional ladies who immediately adapted to the situation. Another treatment was recommended to me and I am delighted! The beautician who took care of me was very gentle and warm. Great time, great place. I will come back soon☺️
