great doctor who listens and provides his patients what they need!

Maybe the doctor is very good and qualified but I never got seen. Waited 20 minutes beyond my appointment time and was told there were still 2 people to be seen before me (so at least another 20 min)

They give appointments more than they should and always make people wait for at least 45min/1h every single time! I had an appointment at 6pm, I waited until 6:30 and they called someone who came after me saying she booked an appointment for 6pm earlier than me!? How could you give more than one appointments for the same time? And instead of being sorry for all this, their attitude was so disrespectful. The doctor said “you have to wait if you don’t have an appointment - WHICH I HAD”. I left the place, and will never go there again.

First of all I would like to point out that it is a shame to evaluate a doctor in relation to the hospital secretary. You should see the secretary he has in his office. She's on top. Doctor Pagano is a beautiful person, very kind and attentive to his patients. He takes his time, he is very thorough in everything he does. And for people who don't speak French, have a French-speaking person accompany you. In Luxembourg almost everyone speaks French. In any case, thank you doctor for this great work. Above all, always stay as honest, simple and professional.

I went there at Dr Pagano because my ears didn't feel good. He cleaned my ears very poorly and he asked me if everything was good and i told him that my ears didn't feel well and he still sent me out. Just because he wanted me to make another appointment with him, so he can earn more money!!
