Super crunchy and well-seasoned batons of potato-y goodness, plus really good sauces, friendly service and they even allow dogs inside! The only criticism I have is a strange one - the ketchup was too cold?? Like it’s kept in coldest part of the fridge? Maybe it’s just me but hot potato + very cold ketchup makes my tongue confused 😂

It’s a nice spot if you are craving loaded or regular fries. Not the best fries I ever had in my entire life but decent ones.

The fries were good even though a bit dry. The sauces were good, but keep away from the hot cheese. I expected a hot cheese sauce but it was only grated cheese. It is pretty expensive, but that’s Luxembourg

We tried la baraque, the fries were delicious, reasonably priced, and the tartare sauce was savoury. However, the place is small and crowded. Overall, it's worth visiting for a quick and satisfying snack.

If you're in Luxembourg City and craving a classic French fry experience, La Baraque is a solid choice. This unassuming spot offers a simple yet satisfying menu featuring a variety of deep-fried delights. I opted for the "Frite & vol au vent," a combination of crispy fries topped with a creamy mushroom sauce. The fries were perfectly cooked, with a golden-brown exterior and a fluffy interior. The mushroom sauce was rich and flavorful, providing a satisfying complement to the fries. While the presentation might not be the most elegant, the food more than makes up for it. La Baraque is a great option for a quick and satisfying meal, especially if you're in the mood for some comfort food. 🍟🥔
