LUI was there for x-ray last week on a weekday. The information desk staff was helpful and guided me. Take a token from the kiosk and wait for your turn. The token no.will flash on the digital screen with the counter no. If visiting for the first time carry your ID card and CNS card for registration. The X-ray room is on the -1 level. Styaff spoke English and were courteous. The wait time was not more than 10-15mins.

LUFantastic experience from start to finish. All staff that I encountered were professional, friendly and incredibly kind. I received all the information that I needed regarding my procedure and aftercare without having to ask for it. The hospital is very clean and the rooms are of an exceptional standard. Thanks to all the staff that made my stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible.

LUDon’t understand the negative reviews. I found the structure modern and clean. Nurses and other staff are very kind. Special Kudos to Silvia from surgical nursing and the small Portuguese nurse at second floor who made sure I got my fix of coffee after surgery. Parking is tricky though

LUVery good first experience. Welcoming and friendly stuff (specially in IRM), flexible and efficient procedures. I could have three exams in an hour with no waiting. Good installations and well signed that you can easily find your room. They did not mind speak in English.

LUFollowing the recent renovation: 1) Luxurious 1st class A/C Wi-Fi rooms if you (your insurance) can afford them; 2) Exceptional cleanliness 3) Staff is laid-back, relaxed, available, probably because 4) The ambulance helicopter no longer lands on the roof, as this ZithaKlinik stopped doing emergency shifts 5) Jaw-dropping decor with contemporary provocative art, blow-ups of black and white photos from the hospital's 1900s and 1970s history, pieces of the former Saint Zitha chapel deployed in random corners 6) Outstanding hospital food 7) Longest blood work hours in the country: until 16:50
