The fact that you are so unwilling to accommodate the needs of your guests is a testament to your lack of professionalism and poor customer service. The glaring lack of willingness to rectify the situation is a clear sign of your complacency, and it's a disgrace to businesses that genuinely strive to maintain high standards. In essence, everything is indeed lovely, although the crux of my matter is the fact that I squandered a significant chunk of time attempting to locate the room key. This was a somewhat frustrating endeavour, as it consumed more time than I would have ideally liked to allocate for such a mundane task. In addition, it's worth noting that this was not exactly what I had in mind when I envisaged how I would be spending my time, especially considering that time is such a precious and finite resource. At times, it feels as though these little distractions and inconveniences can accumulate, taking away from the overall experience. Furthermore, time spent searching for a misplaced item like a room key is time that could have been better spent engaging in more enjoyable or productive activities. This needless quest for the elusive room key served as an unwanted interruption in my day. All things considered, while the overall situation was pleasing, this particular incident of misplacing the room key and the subsequent search for it, cast a slight shadow over the otherwise pleasant environment. It's just a minor gripe, but it's these small details that can often make a significant difference when it comes to overall satisfaction.

We successfully secured accommodation that had a double bed, accompanied by a communal lavatory and bathing facility. The sleeping area is considerably roomy, equipped with storage capacity and an adequate number of power outlets. However, it is noticeably missing a mirror. The double bedding provided is not as portrayed in the photograph; it is in actual fact, two individual beds joined together. The mattresses are far from comfortable, as one could feel the springs which causes discomfort and an unpleasant sleeping experience. The bedsheet was not in the best condition either, evident from a visible hole. Moreover, we were faced with the dilemma of either leaving the window open and being pestered by mosquitoes, or closing it and enduring the excessive heat. The presence of a fan could have alleviated the situation. The communal bathing facility is relatively roomy and maintained to a decent level of cleanliness. However, the drainage in the shower is beginning to show signs of blockage, causing it to fill up with water. To add to this, the bathroom is shared with other occupants, leaving behind a residual mix of foamy water and grime. The lodging also includes a generously sized shared kitchen space which we did not utilize during our stay. The location of the lodging is favorable, situated conveniently next to the Clémenceau bus stop. The bus service number 13 provides a swift connection between the accommodation and the Luxembourg station within a short span of just 7 minutes. Despite the few shortcomings, the cost of the accommodation was reasonably priced. This makes it a decent option for travelers who are budget conscious.
