The check-in process was highly efficient, and the room was meticulously cleaned daily, with toiletries consistently restocked. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist with any request, contributing to the overall comfort of our stay. A special acknowledgment goes to the dedicated team members behind the scenes, including those responsible for cleaning and cooking, whose efforts significantly enhanced our experience. Their hard work truly made our stay memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

LUOur experience at this hotel was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Shout out to Miriam at the front desk for the great recommendations and our dinner reservation, and Ayrton at the bar, who made excellent cocktails and couldn’t have been kinder. Highly recommended!

LUThis is not a 5 star service / experience. Especially fir the cost.. Dirty towels, no porter to assist with bags. Plugs outdated, when calling front desk no answer. 6€ charge for room service which should not have been (removed at check out) but should not have been added. During check in, no one took time to show the functions of room.

LUI was staying in Luxembourg City for a week, and this is the hotel I chose. I wouldn't have chose any other hotel in the area, as this has to be one of the best hotels I have been to. Yes, Luxembourg is quite an expensive country, but this hotel really made me forget about life ending (joke) prices. The service is wonderful, Miriam is just excellent at her job. The food was good, the room was cozy and both fancy. Its location in the city is also good as its not too far from everything in LC. Airton at the bar was also cool. (I might have misspelled that)
