We were genuinely touched by the individual attention and care that the staff showed us. The positioning of this lodging is quite appealing, directly opposite the beautiful Parc de Merl. It's an ideal setting for families with a small child, much like ourselves. Furthermore, the staff's kindness and warmth extended beyond just providing a baby cot and toy. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's proximity to the Parc de Merl provided numerous opportunities for family outings and picnics, which added to the charm of our stay. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming, with a friendly atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, ensuring that we had everything we needed for our stay. The view of the park from our room was also a delightful bonus. In addition, the hotel's location in the heart of the city meant that we were close to various attractions and amenities. Not only that, but the morning meal they served was simply astounding, exceeding all my expectations! When it comes to the level of service, it was top-notch. Without a doubt, the staff were not only professional but also very approachable, making me feel welcome and at ease throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist, be it with a simple question or a more complex request. Their willingness to help made a significant difference to my overall experience. Moreover, their warm and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to my stay that I greatly appreciated. It was nothing short of incredible. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional. The personnel is disorderly and deceitful. Our stay was unexpectedly burdened with a concealed 300EUROS charge. We were unable to find any respite throughout the night due to a raucous karaoke celebration held in the hotel lobby persisting until the early hours of 4am. The property also features an unusual swimming area devoid of any water, an element that greatly enhances the overall peculiar atmosphere. The establishment is bizarrely overvalued, charging exorbitantly for the services and amenities provided. Furthermore, the management's lack of professionalism is apparent, leaving much to be desired. This, combined with the establishment's odd characteristics, contributes to an unsettling and uncomfortable stay. The overall experience was far from satisfactory, and the high cost of the stay did not match the level of comfort or service provided. The loud karaoke party was not just an inconvenience but a major disturbance, hindering any chance of a peaceful night's rest. This, in addition to the hidden charge, only served to worsen the overall impression of our stay. The peculiar dry pool only added to the strange ambience of the place, creating a sense of discomfort rather than relaxation. The overpricing of the establishment, coupled with its unusual features and poor service, made for an overwhelmingly negative experience.

The main entrance of the lodging overlooks a bustling thoroughfare, whilst the rear provides a view of an expansive, beautiful park. In addition to these features, the hotel offers a sense of tranquility that counterbalances its distance from the city centre. Despite its slightly remote location, the accessibility provided by the nearby bus stop ensures guests have the convenience of exploring the city at ease. The bus service is reliable and can efficiently ferry you to your desired destinations, making it effortless to navigate the city. The hotel's frontage may be facing a busy road, lending a lively and dynamic atmosphere. But the back of the hotel offers a contrasting ambiance with it facing a splendid park, allowing guests to enjoy a serene and peaceful environment. The park is great for relaxation, providing an escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy road at the front. Despite the rooms being slightly dated, they are well-maintained and boast a high standard of cleanliness. The staff is not just helpful; they go above and beyond in ensuring guests' needs are met.
