There wasn't anything particularly remarkable concerning the flavor of the ice cream. It was passable... The personnel were courteous, indicating evident improvement, which is indeed a beneficial aspect. They are recognized as an establishment specializing in Italian delicacies and served me what was supposed to be an espresso macchiato... it was like... I mean... a bowl of milk broth... The ice cream, although not unpleasant, did not stand out in flavor or texture. It was just average, nothing more... However, the staff's good manners and politeness were a breath of fresh air. Their improvement in this aspect should certainly be acknowledged as a positive development. Considering that this place is reputed for its Italian specialities, one would expect an authentic experience. However, when I ordered an espresso macchiato, what I received was quite baffling... it was like... seriously... akin to a bowl of milky soup... Such an occurrence was quite a letdown, especially coming from a place that prides itself on its Italian roots. The expectation of a traditional, rich espresso macchiato was shattered by the reality of a bowl of what seemed more like a milky broth.

I most certainly would not endorse this place. Regrettably, it was the most deplorable pavlova I have ever sampled. To begin with, it was far from fresh - it was so rigid that cutting through it was a Herculean task. It was completely unappetizing. The employees had no concern regarding any feedback on the standard of their cuisine. Instead, their sole focus was on ensuring the bill was taken care of. They'd approach you in the middle of the meal, expecting the bill to be settled, even when we were barely done sipping our beverages. Their attitude strongly suggested to the patrons that they should hastily wrap up and depart, thereby freeing the table for the next set of customers. The atmosphere was quite off-putting, as the staff were more interested in making space for the next set of customers rather than ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the current ones. In addition, it was rather disconcerting to notice that despite the subpar quality of the food, there was no genuine effort from the management to rectify the situation. It was as if they were completely oblivious to the fact that their culinary offerings were not up to standard, and that their customer service was sorely lacking. To put it bluntly, the entire experience was a massive disappointment. It felt like we were nothing more than a transaction to them, rather than valued customers. Consequently, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
