Essential Destination.. Just Go.. After a delightful evening in the picturesque town of Vianden, my companions and I were craving an Indian feast, so we began searching for reputable dining establishments. One of our acquaintances strongly recommended this particular place as she had previously dined here. This suggestion greatly simplified our decision-making process, and we conveniently chose Orchidee over the tiresome task of sifting through all the Indian eateries, reading reviews, and deciding. The atmosphere was pleasant, the premises were impeccably clean, roomy, and brightly illuminated. Here are the details of the dishes we sampled and our ratings: Sweet/Mango Lassi - 5/5 Not overly dense and not excessively sweet. Shabji Dal - 4/5 A medley of vegetables in lentils, was slightly mild for our palates, reminiscent of khichdi. Paneer Tikka Masala - 4/5 Pleasing flavours. Channa Masala Potatoes - 5/5 Exceptionally tasty and uniquely, the only location in Europe where I have encountered this dish, to date. Green chili curry chicken - 5/5 Naan ( plain/cheese/garlic) - 4/5 Dal Puri - 4/5 Chapati - 5/5 The only dining establishment where we found authentic Indian chapati with ghee, felt homely. Rashomalai - 3/5 In summary, we had an immensely enjoyable experience and our stomachs were extremely satisfied. The cost of the dishes are fairly average. The proprietors and the personnel are genuinely friendly and exuberant. This restaurant is an absolute must-visit for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine, and we are highly likely to return in the future. We were pleasantly surprised by the diversity and authenticity of the menu options, and we had a hard time deciding what to order because everything sounded so appealing. The restaurant also offers a variety of vegetarian options, making it a great choice for diners with dietary restrictions. We left with our hearts and stomachs full, and we can't wait to come back and try more dishes.

Thoroughly enjoyed the culinary adventure at Himalaya3. This restaurant is conveniently located near the Luxembourg Central Train Station, adjacent to the Bennevoie, Dernier Sol tram halt. Every dish we sampled was a delight, with a special mention for the naan, chapati, and roti - they were incredibly soft. Typically, these types of bread items at dining establishments harden when they cool down, but we took home some leftovers and the chapati remained soft even on the following day. Further commendation goes to their Lamb momos, which boasted an authentically flavorful filling complemented by a genuinely spicy chutney. The service was outstanding, characterized by courteous and polite interaction, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. I strongly endorse this restaurant! Additionally, the ambiance of the place was very nice, it was clean and well maintained. The seating arrangement was comfortable and the lighting was perfect, not too bright or too dim. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary restrictions. Even the presentation of the food was impressive, making it not just delicious to taste but also appealing to the eye. The wait staff was attentive and quick, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. The pricing was also reasonable, offering good value for the quality of food and service provided. Overall, dining at Himalaya3 was not just about the food, it was a complete dining experience. The combination of delicious food, excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere made it a memorable meal. I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant to others.

We found ourselves on a quest for genuine Nepalese cuisine and were genuinely delighted with our culinary journey at the Himalaya restaurant. The dishes served were delectable, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service extended to us was top-notch. We were particularly smitten by the momo, an absolute must-try delicacy, as well as the savory lamb curry complemented by the enticing garlic naan. It's a restaurant we would most definitely endorse to anyone seeking a unique dining experience when visiting Luxembourg! Additionally, beyond the delicious food, we also appreciated the warm and friendly environment that the staff created. They were attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was nothing short of memorable. We also appreciated the reasonable pricing for such high-quality food and service. Furthermore, the location of the restaurant itself is quite convenient and easy to find, making it an excellent choice for both locals and tourists alike. The interior decor of the restaurant also adds to the overall authentic Nepalese atmosphere, making you feel as if you have been transported to Nepal itself. To sum it up, Himalaya restaurant offers not just a meal, but a completely immersive and authentic Nepalese culinary experience that you shouldn't miss out on when in Luxembourg. It's a place that leaves a lasting impression and keeps you coming back for more!

Superb Biriyani. I had the pleasure of sampling their assorted Biriyani. The serving of meat is quite substantial. It indeed offers great value for money. Furthermore, the flavors were top-notch, the spices were balanced perfectly which made the dish even more enjoyable. The rice was cooked to perfection and the juiciness of the meat was maintained which resulted in a mouthwatering dish. The overall experience was delightful. The price was reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food served. It is definitely a dish that gives you a bang for your buck. Worth every penny, it’s a must-try for all Biriyani lovers out there.
