The Taj Mahal Eatery, situated in the heart of Luxembourg, provides a genuine taste of Indian culinary delights, earning a notable 4/5 score for its gastronomic offerings. Despite its unpretentious facade and minimalist interior, the restaurant serves as a testament to the fact that authentic culinary prowess is often found in the taste and finesse of the dishes served, not in the opulence of the surroundings. The appetizer of Sweet and Sour Soup was acceptable, paving the way for the subsequent courses. Although it was pleasant, it didn't particularly outshine the robust flavors generally linked with Indian cuisine. Nevertheless, it served as an effective palate cleanser, priming me for the main entree. The main course, Chicken Nisat, was a truly enjoyable gastronomic adventure. The chicken was succulent and expertly prepared, bathed in a sauce that was hearty, fragrant, and flawlessly spiced. It was a dish that exhibited the intricacy and profundity of Indian flavors, making a lasting mark. Paired with the Chicken Nisat was the Garlic Naan, which warrants its own commendation. Fresh, light, and redolent with garlic, it proved to be the ideal accompaniment for relishing the superior sauce of the Chicken Nisat. Hospitality at the Taj Mahal was praiseworthy. The personnel were observant and congenial, positively impacting the overall dining experience. They were eager to share their recommendations and insights about the dishes, further enriching our enjoyment of the meal. While the environment of the Taj Mahal is quite basic, it's clear that the emphasis is placed on the cuisine. The understated appearance of the restaurant might not make a dramatic initial impression, but it serves as a reminder that in the realm of gastronomy, the true essence is found in the flavor and authenticity of the dishes. My score of 4/5 mirrors my experience of exceptional food and service, juxtaposed against a backdrop of a basic atmosphere. The restaurant's approach to Indian cuisine is both genuine and tasty, making it a must-visit for anyone yearning for Indian meals in Luxembourg. The Chicken Nisat paired with Garlic Naan comes with high praises, promising a gratifying experience for those who prioritize the intensity of taste over aesthetic embellishments. The Taj Mahal stands as an emblem of the philosophy that occasionally, simplicity provides the perfect backdrop for excellence.

I would venture to say that it was indeed an incredible encounter. I am particularly fond of the victuals and the measure of edibles they give considering their associated prices. They provide a nice assortment of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian thali options, however, I would profoundly advocate against ordering a single thali for just one individual. Given its cost, it does seem rather excessive for a lone person, so I would recommend sharing a thali with someone else if possible. They also boast a delightful array of starter dishes, covering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian varieties. I especially enjoyed their chicken dish, which was nothing short of scrumptious. I would earnestly advise that you pay a visit to this establishment if you have an interest in sampling sincerely authentic Indian cuisine. The place is a culinary treasure trove, offering an array of delightful dishes that are representative of the rich and diverse Indian cuisine. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients and traditional spices that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it an ideal place for both casual and formal dining. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the level of service provided. If you are a food enthusiast who appreciates authentic Indian flavors, then this place is a must-visit. Their food, prices, and overall experience definitely represent good value for money. Don't miss out on this culinary gem in your quest for truly authentic Indian flavors.

Excellent cuisine. Opted for a vegetable thali priced at 40 Eur, a satisfactory culinary option for a pair of individuals. It should be noted that the lassis are not included in the thali. To provide you with a more detailed review, the restaurant offers a comprehensive menu including a variety of dishes. However, on this particular visit, we decided to stick to the vegetable thali. Priced at a reasonable 40 Eur, this set meal was more than enough to satiate the appetites of two people. The thali was a delightful assortment of several dishes, each prepared with great care and attention to detail. It's worth mentioning that the lassis, a traditional Indian yoghurt-based drink, are not part of the thali. This might come as a surprise to some, as one might expect a drink to be included in a set meal. However, these lassis are ordered separately. They come in a variety of flavours, including sweet, salty, and fruit-based options, and are the perfect complement to the spicy dishes in the thali. This refreshing drink is a must-try when dining at this restaurant. All in all, the quality of the food and the reasonable pricing make this a recommended dining option for those looking to try Indian cuisine.

A visit to the Taj Mahal in Gare, Luxembourg is unequivocally recommended for those seeking genuine Indian food. Originating from Norway, a place where we frequently yearn for the abundant flavors of India, we were thoroughly impressed by the extraordinary culinary creations and exceptional service at this eatery. The chicken lollipop appetizer, beautifully enhanced by Chef Thai's exclusive garlic sauce, was a flavor sensation. For our main courses, we indulged in a varied spectrum of dishes. This included the lush, velvety butter chicken, the fragrant and tasteful bhuna chicken, the comforting and filling daal makhani, and the ideally seasoned chicken tikka. Each dish was skillfully prepared, overflowing with authentic Indian spices that transported us back to the colorful streets of India. The service provided by Tashi and Edeay was top-notch. They were attentive, amiable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The restaurant itself exudes a cozy and inviting ambiance, making it an ideal spot for a family gathering or a social event with friends. In conclusion, our experience at the Taj Mahal was extraordinary. The cuisine was scrumptious, the service was flawless, and the environment was pleasing. If you're in search of a genuine Indian gastronomic experience in Luxembourg, the Taj Mahal is your ultimate destination! This place is a real treasure for anyone yearning for the true tastes of India, particularly for those of us who are far from our homeland. It's not just a restaurant, but a culinary journey that satisfies your palate with the rich, exotic flavors of Indian cuisine, making you feel a little closer to home. It’s the perfect place to savor the spices of India and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

The accommodation establishment is truly splendid, and the personnel is amiable and accommodating. They conscientiously enlightened us that the Tandoori roti is of a considerably larger size, advising us to place our order judiciously, a piece of advice that proved to be genuinely beneficial since the roti was indeed massive. All things considered, they offered a delightful assortment of Indian culinary delights. Furthermore, the hotel's environment was extremely welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that immediately made us feel at ease. The level of professionalism and dedication displayed by the staff was exceptional, assisting us with every query and providing valuable advice, which greatly enhanced our dining experience. The Tandoori roti, in particular, was a revelation, its size and taste exceeding our expectations. In addition to the Tandoori roti, their menu boasted a wide range of diverse Indian dishes, each one more tantalizing than the last. The variety was impressive, catering to different tastes and preferences. The Indian cuisine served here was authentic and presented with a flair that was truly commendable. Lastly, their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every aspect of the service they provided. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated with utmost respect and courtesy. This, coupled with their extensive menu of Indian delicacies, made our visit to the hotel an unforgettable one.
