LUI went to drop a watch for servicing and the horologist Gabriel was simply amazing and great at customer service. He explained me all I should know and was very patient and passionate. Few days later, I went back to the same place and person to give another watch for servicing and custom made leather strap. Wow, I was surprised by the customer service again and the time spent advising on material and taking all sorts of measurement which gave me comfort already the end product will be good. I spoke about their service to a colleague and he mentioned that in general they are very good and have been going there for quite a while now.
