The CSSF is an important authority and seems generally willing to help with financial service issues, such as my case with PayPal. However, I have been waiting for a response to my complaint for quite some time, and despite following up multiple times, I rarely receive a reply. It would be helpful if response times could be improved so that urgent issues are addressed promptly and customers are regularly updated on the status of their complaints. The slow processing makes it challenging to achieve quick resolutions, especially for financial matters that are often time-sensitive. For more complex issues, the CSSF appears to be a valuable resource, but there is a lack of timely communication and support for urgent cases.”

18.6.2024 filed 2016 a complaint concerning irregularities in the organisation of the CRM of Advanzia "Bank"....."answer" of CSSF came more than 2 years after...this makes my impression about their style of "work"....
