The declared timeframes for deliveries are frequently sluggish (approximately 45 minutes), however, the pizzas are generally worth the wait, on the condition that they are delivered piping hot. Our most recent order arrived with a delay of 45 minutes (a total wait time of 1h30), chillier than ambient temperature, and they were uncontactable by phone. All of this inconvenience for an eating place that is a mere 5-minute drive from our residence. Adding to the frustration, attempts to communicate with the establishment were futile. We tried multiple times to establish contact through their provided telephone number, but to no avail. It was as if they had vanished into thin air. This was particularly exasperating considering the restaurant's close proximity to our home; it's practically in our backyard. Furthermore, the condition of our order upon arrival was less than satisfactory. Unlike the usual steaming hot, mouth-watering pizzas we were accustomed to receiving, what we got was a stark contrast. After waiting an additional 45 minutes on top of the estimated delivery time, we were presented with pizzas that were less than warm, more akin to room temperature. In essence, the entire experience was far from enjoyable. The extended waiting period, coupled with the lack of communication and the unsatisfactory condition of our food, left a bad taste in our mouths. A restaurant that was conveniently located just a stone's throw away from our home should not be producing such lackluster service.
